Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, events, social channels, and existing customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer service and sales enquiries as needed.
  • Develop clear scope of works documents tailored to each client’s EV charging or energy‑efficiency needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan EV charging infrastructure for buildings, fleets, and public sites.
  • Review electrical drawings, site plans, and energy data to determine equipment requirements and electrical capacity.
  • Prepare EV charging infrastructure reports and guide customers through the design and installation process.
  • Collaborate with internal Project Managers and attend site reviews.
  • Manage quotes, follow up on leads, and advise customers on consulting vs. simple quoting needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and job notes (HubSpot experience ideal).
  • Support key clients and strengthen long‑term relationships.
  • Develop subscription agreements for ongoing customer support.
