Your Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular counts, promptly resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices.
- Monitor stock movements, coordinate replenishment, maintain optimal safety stock levels, and manage slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory..
- Monitor stock movements including receipts, transfers, and dispatch while coordinating replenishment with procurement and warehouse teams, maintaining optimal safety stock levels, and managing slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Lead demand planning to deliver accurate supplier forecasts, align purchasing plans with lead times and optimal freight methods, and support business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate inventory data within ERP/CRM systems, produce reports on stock levels, turnover and variances, and analyse trends to improve forecasting and inventory performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements, develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures, and support system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across teams to support order fulfilment, maintain product availability, and effectively communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholder.
