What You'll Do
As our People Development Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our team--connecting, supporting, and developing people every day. Your role will include:

- Leading engaging orientations that set people up for success
- Supporting benefits administration
- Driving people development and growth initiatives
- Fostering strong team member relations

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's not only qualified, but genuinely loves working with people.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or a related field
- 2--3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organization and flexibility
- A natural ability to connect with people--from team members to residents to the public
