In this hands on leadership role, you will oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing machinery, tools, equipment, and facility systems. You will help ensure our plant operates safely, efficiently, and reliably by supporting daily maintenance activities and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
