This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote. Must have the ability to come onsite once per quarter to our location in East Petersburg, PA.

 

Fulton is seeking a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Solutions Developer to empower automation practices for the company. This team member will partner with departments to automate tasks and free employees from manual tasks. The selected candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to interact effectively with end users and managers to document processes and design automated solutions with provided tools. The selected candidate will document, design, build and monitor RPA processes. It is important that this individual is comfortable working with internal and external customers at all levels as well as technically adept to build automated processes.

• Designing automation solutions.
• Understand the best way to leverage vendor software to achieve business results.
• Optimize the utilization of existing applications to achieve business results.
• Provide internal consulting services for RPA.
• Partner with various departments to identify processes for automation.
• Create system requirements, performs design and analysis, and coding and unit testing of complex to highly complex system functionality and/or defect correction across multiple platforms.
• Train and educate business analysts and Solution Developers on RPA capabilities, process, and tools.
• Partner with the process owners, Production Support Teams, and System Admin Teams for continuous monitoring and transparency into bot execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Information systems, engineering, or other technical field. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Applications Development. (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The salary range for this position is $51,600.00 - $86,000.00 annually.

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
