General Function
To provide a superior level of tennis instruction to Four Seasons members and guests.
Essential Functions:
Delivers high quality private and group tennis instruction that consistently meets and exceeds the member and guest expectations.
Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with club and resort services.
Provide tennis professional shift coverage as scheduled by the Director of Tennis Instruction to satisfy member and guest demand and to maximize revenue.
Assist in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality of physical tennis facility by frequently cleaning court areas as necessary
Complete all tennis instruction billing in accordance with Four Seasons accounting procedure and tennis department processes.
Maintain proper levels of on court supplies for all instructional programs.
Actively promote tennis instruction and tennis activity information through frequent member and guest interaction.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Non-Essential Functions:
Ability to play tennis at a minimum level of 4.5}
Knowledge and skill
Education:
College Degree – minimum of 2 year college
USPTA Certification – minimum P2 Level
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in tennis teaching industry at a similar club or resort.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent presentation skills.
Creative yet sound approach to delivering tennis instruction.
Understanding of high quality tennis service experience.
