Job Description
The Senior Manager, Planning – Americas is a critical role that serves as a centralized planning resource for the Infrastructure Solutions business unit in conjunction with other Americas product businesses. This role is responsible for driving alignment across the Power, Thermal, and IT Systems businesses vis-à-vis the Infrastructure Solutions needs. It will ensure priorities, plans, and execution activities are coordinated in support of the region's growth, operational effectiveness, and customer engagement objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Integration - Americas, this leader will act as the critical planning node and project manager for unified engagement across the Americas. The role will establish planning rhythms, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and connect business priorities across Infrastructure Solutions, Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and regional business units.
