Job Description
- Regular analysis of statistics (shipments, market share, by country, region, imports, exports) for Gerdau’s product group(s) and substitutes. Output will be regular in frequency and format (clear graphic format that are readily understandable for intended audiences; internal and external depending on circumstance.)
- Execution and enhancement of established econometric models for market segment forecasting. Generation of new forecasting models.
- Competitor analysis
- Medium (1-3 year) and long term (3-10 year) market studies
- Monitor the competitive positioning of Gerdau products.
- Portfolio review (short term profitability and long-term viability)
- Support on development and improvement of products and services
