About you
For you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy. You have excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.
Key Skills and experience include:

The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards

Previous customer service experienced highly regarded

Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
