Job Description
The Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will become the driving force behind ICL's growth in your region. You'll be the link between your global brand vision and local sales, ensuring that every campaign is consistent with our standards while providing real support to your sales teams in the field.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the designated region, focusing on demand creation through market analysis, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with country Leads and the sales team to enhance ICL brand awareness and drive sales growth. Implement global marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with the global brand policies within the assigned area.
- Work closely with various departments within ICL to prepare, manage, coordinate, and execute marketing plans that synergize with the company's broader objectives.
- Organize, supervise, and coordinate marketing communications using cutting-edge internet and digital channels. This includes leveraging social media platforms, CRM systems, webinars, company websites, and prominent social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage with the target audience effectively.
- Collaborate with offline media outlets to ensure a well-rounded marketing approach, balancing the digital and traditional spheres.
- Take charge of organizing and participating in fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and product exposure.
- Prepare and manage informational and advertising materials, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with the marketing strategy. Support the local sales team with relevant marketing materials.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, printing houses, and graphic studios to create high-quality marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
