Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
This position involves organization and improving the systems and practices that support the organization’s digital collections and content.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Maintenance of website in collaboration with Marketing Coordinator.
· Maintain and update Google photos and website photo galleries.
· Create video content.
· Maintain WWS art catalog. Filing of artwork in appropriate catalog folders.
· Organization of client file uploads.
· Maintain master client lists.
· Organization of pictures before install, after install, progress photos.
· File organization of server.
