Job Description
SUMMARY: Responsible for plant operation during assigned shift. This will include direct supervision of union employees, overseeing the work order system for maintenance, waste water pretreatment system; customers’ orders are within specifications and meet scheduled delivery times. Enforce company policies, federal regulations from FDA, USDA, OSHA, and EPA.
