This leader-first role emphasizes clinical judgment, presence, and influence, while maintaining a limited core caseload to preserve hands-on credibility. The Sr Clinical Leader provides continuity and leadership during periods of growth, transition, or elevated clinical risk. While direct care may be provided during new starts or coverage gaps, the primary purpose is to elevate clinical quality, support clinician success, and ensure consistent standards through visible and trusted leadership.
