Clinical Care Coordinator - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Clinical Care Coordinator performs a variety of patient care and administrative responsibilities to support patients and providers.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm out of our Plymouth and Maple Grove locations.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
