Housing Apprentice – OPEN ONLY to current customer or previous customers
High Wycombe- Hybrid working from our office in Welwyn Garden City
Hourly Pay: £10.85 to £12.71 dependent on age
37.5 hours per week
15-month fixed-term apprenticeship with progression opportunities available for successful candidate

About the role
As a Housing Apprentice, you’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands-on work. No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.

You’ll learn how to:
Support and deliver a high level of customer service
Customer/colleague interactions
Systems, processes or technical learning
Contributions to services or communities
What qualification will you gain?
Housing or Customer Services related qualification
Level 2 apprenticeship
Delivered by an approved apprenticeship training provider
You’ll combine on-the-job learning with structured study, building skills and confidence that will support your long-term career.
