JOB PURPOSE :
Review and draft contracts and agreement
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
# Work is distributed between senior and legal researcher as per the years of experience.
# Maintain a database containing historical information about problems in agreements and contracts to prevent recurrence.
# Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with RTA requirements and standards.
# Provide legal opinions & views On contracts, agreements & MOUs.
# Perform other related responsibilities related to the position as appropriate
# Prepare legal correspondence & responses related to contracts &agreements.
# Find best practices regarding contracts and agreement to improve RTA standards in contracts and agreements.
# Draft agreements and contracts and get the approval of concerned Agency /Department that it is meeting their requirements.
Education
# Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University , 0-2 years of experience.
