KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Provide development initiatives and suggestions regarding the organizational structure
# Provide the necessary support and advice to stakeholders in the field of organizational development
# Enhance communication with stakeholders in order to evaluate development suggestions relating to
organizational structure
# Implement the annual plan to review and update the organizational structure
# Review and update organization roles and responsibilities for all RTA business units to ensure effective
organizational structure towards achieving RTA goals as the organization structure evolves.
# Prepare studies on the organizational structure and propose areas of improvement in accordance with best
practices
# Participate in the preparation of reports related to the organizational structure and submit them to the line
manager
# Conduct admin orders related to the organizational structure and its amendments
# Update and disseminate the organizational structure and assigned tasks in the approved systems
# Collect data, research and studies to identify areas for improvement in the organizational structure review
policy and awareness-raising workshops

Education
# Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
