Lead initiatives to establish data driven tactics to ensure successful patient recruitment enrollment and retention and site/patient engagement throughout the duration of the clinical trial
Partners with internal and external key stakeholders (Clinical Operations, Patient Advocacy, Clinical Trial Transparency and Data Sharing, and CRO) to enhance the patient journey from initial contact to study completion
Manages the development and implementation of global patient and site engagement plans
Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to bring the patient voice into clinical trial designs and patient-facing materials, including identification of potential barriers to recruitment and retention
Leads the identification, selection and oversight of the recruitment and retention vendors
Mentors junior level staff
Ability to present and travel to global and regional team meetings, site visits, conferences, and Investigator Meetings
