Job Description
Responsible for oversight of daily parts counter, warehouse & delivery operations and customer relations related to parts sales. This position is responsible for oversight of the daily operations of the Service Exchange Department, administering all aspects of the DSS Service Exchange, Caterpillar REMAN and dedicated component programs as related to the Expanded Mining Product line. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring that the right parts are available when needed. It supports both internal teams and external customers by managing inventory, processing orders, and facilitating timely distribution of parts. The department directly impacts customer satisfaction, project completion, and overall business performance.
