Job Description
Under general supervision, assists residents (visitors and companions) to enjoy a lifestyle designed to encourage independence, dignity and maintenance of functional ability by providing support with activities of daily living, household chores and social needs. Duties involve assisting residents with personal care, with housekeeping services, with dietary needs and social activities as required.
Graduate of a Health Care Aide program leading to a license by the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA). Current registration with the CLHA is required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.
