Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), the largest healthcare organization in the South Florida region with medical practices spanning from Key West to Palm Beach, is seeking to employ primary care physicians to join Homestead ambulatory clinic in the Miami.
Full-Time Opportunity (Job ID: FY26-MIA-PRI-02-00T)
The practice will focus on adult patients only
This opportunity is located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital, which provides a full range of services to the southern Miami-Dade County community
Responsibilities include management of preventive and proactive patient care, as well as chronic disease, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering exceptional patient experience
Seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient-centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment

Qualifications:
Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed
