
Assistant Director of Residence Life and Student Activities
Job Description
Provide coordination and oversight of residence life, student activities, student clubs, student government, orientation leaders, community service opportunities at one location in alignment with an educationally developmental approach. Assist with student success initiatives, budget management, and service on university wide committees. Other responsibilities include responding to on-campus emergencies and collaborating with Public Safety as needed to maintain a secure and supportive environment. This is a live-in position that participates in the evening and weekend on-call duty rotation. Each Assistant Director will be responsible for coordinating one of the following areas: Resident Assistant Training, Resident Assistant Selection, Student Conduct or Resident Assistant Programming.
