Laborer - Earthmoving

The Laborer is an entry‑level role responsible for keeping grounds, facilities, and equipment clean and orderly while assisting customers as needed. The position requires working independently under close supervision, performing physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions—such as removing mud and debris from machines and maintaining the wash pad. Basic knowledge of operating equipment like lift trucks, aerial equipment, and both on‑ and off‑highway trucks is expected. Successful Laborers show initiative, teamwork, strong customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
