Mgr Facilities Site Mgmnt

Oversees Maintenance, Life Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Emergency Response, and Grounds operations at assigned locations. This position will lead the assigned location to establish consistent standards and promoting systemness within the System Maintenance Department. Responsible for maintaining digital files to ensure department-wide access to critical data at any time, supporting operational transparency and productivity. The position collaborates closely with the System Maintenance Manager, System Engineering Manager and Capital Construction Project Managers in developing and managing projects.
