
Project Manager (Construction) Facilities Management
Job Description
Under general direction, is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing departmental projects and programs. Is fully accountable for the success of projects as measured by user satisfaction, meeting budget and schedule requirements. Is skilled in fostering team spirit, motivation, and preventing and resolving conflicts. Provides design, implementation, technical and professional support along with finance management. Professional range of work may include architecture, landscape architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical and structural engineering, interior design, facilities analysis, urban planning and construction administration. Manages and uses a variety of computer applications for the department. Performs related duties as required.
