Senior Manager/Associate Director, Digital Products Software Engineering (Digital Quality Engineering)

At USP, we are evolving our Quality Engineering function to augment our Center of Excellence in digital product engineering cutting across all the core functions like software, data, AI etc.

This is a role at the intersection of engineering velocity and product confidence. It owns two interconnected practices: establishing world-class quality engineering standards across the digital product portfolio and governing the end-to-end release management lifecycle that determines how, when, and with what confidence software ships to production.

You will lead a team of quality engineers and release managers, partnering closely with Engineering Directors, Product leadership, DevOps, and Platform teams to drive measurable improvements in delivery speed, release predictability, and product quality.
