Department: Operations

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Type: Hybrid and must be a resident of Texas

Position Overview
Children’s Health is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders within Corporate Services. This role requires advanced administrative expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
This position supports:

  • SVP Business Development and Enterprise Transformation
  • VP Business Planning Department
  • VP Enterprise Transformation Office (PMO/PI)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high level meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Arrange travel and oversee executive level correspondence
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and professional documents, maintain multiple organizational charts, support meeting preparations, and other duties as assigned
  • Provide confidential administrative support for sensitive initiatives and projects
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted liaison

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management, communications, and coordination of executive priorities
  • Support personnel-related processes such as timesheets, payroll notifications, and documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports requiring attention to detail and understanding of technical subject matter
  • Respond to routine and complex inquiries using established guidelines
  • Coordinate and complete special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Experience and Education:

  • 5 to 7 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
    Skills and Competencies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Additional Information

  • Full-time role working Monday through Friday
  • Occasional onsite presence required based on business needs
