Human Resources Coordinator - Compliance & Payroll
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining HRIS database with accurate and timely employee records, including demographic data, rate/salary changes, new hires, and terminations, using payroll software, ensuring system integrity. Ensures the organization adheres to federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers regarding all inquiries including but not limited to paychecks, benefits, timecards, employment verifications. Prepares and distributes reports to management.
