IRA Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations for its assigned Individualized Residential Alternative Group Homes in our Community Services program. Experience managing the care of individuals in OPWDD residences is critical. This position is responsible for the administrative management of the Community Service Program(s). Ensures that the houses act in unison within the scope of agency policies and best practices. In conjunction with the Director ensures that quality improvement activities and systems are incorporated into all aspects of these programs. Ensures leadership, supervision, and skill enhancement are developed and delivered on an on-going basis. Oversees day to day operations of the division while maintaining focus of departmental goals.
