
Part-Time Patient Service Representative (Medical Receptionist)
Job Description
The Patient Service Representative is the first point of contact between the patient and clinical staff. Patient check in, insurance verification, collection of co-pays and balances, various other front office duties. The front office position plays a vital role of ensuring & exceeding the expectations of the patient with the University Hospitals Urgent Care experience. Part time support staff will be scheduled two, 12 hour shifts (8 am - 8 pm) each work week (Sunday to Saturday) and one full weekend/month. 50% holidays.
