Job Description
Per Diem Helpdesk Technician to work primarily Weekends , Holidays & Night shift ( 11pm-7am) Providing first level IT support to the Wyckoff End Users over phone , Remote & In Person as needed . Triaging IT issues , assigning & escalating as required by nature of the Issue & situation .
