Job Description
SUMMARY: As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. You will establish and maintain NET’s financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.
ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have current State Criminal and FBI clearances and be free from contagious diseases.
- Ability to communicate verbally in English, read written or typed information, communicate legibly in writing, speak English clearly, and hear voice in conversational tone.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: (and other duties as assigned)
- Cost Reporting
- Backup for Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator
- Prepare A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliation and account analysis.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations in addition to grant reports and various budgets and complete month end close.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounting degree with 3-year experience
- Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Three years’ experience supporting management level staff:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word and Excel) at the intermediate to advanced level.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve.
- Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an administrative/clerical capacity required.
- Experience in a behavioral health or social service setting preferred.
