Job Description

The Receptionist serves as the face of our community and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all residents, families, and guests. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall experience of our community by ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and cared for.

This is a hospitality-focused role within an independent living community. We do not provide hands-on medical or personal care to residents—our focus is on lifestyle, service, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and kindness
  • Answer phones and assist with inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Support a positive, hospitality-driven environment for residents and guests
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Overnight Shift Responsibilities (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

  • Perform routine security walkthroughs throughout the community
  • Ensure a safe, calm, and secure environment overnight
  • Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete light cleaning, organizing, and support tasks as assigned
