Manager-Training

Under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director - Learning and Development, the Training Manager will oversee and lead a small team of centralized trainers in collaboration with the technical trainers at the agency to evaluate, develop and deliver learning solutions to all employees using a variety of learning methods and channels.
