Job Purpose:
- To provide exceptional customer service and drive sales within COSTELLOS ACE by assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering inquiries.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and displays.
- Participate in promotional activities and initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally.
- Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
