Manager - Measurement Safety & Training

Summary  The Measurement Safety & Training Manager partners with Measurement and other Technology, Market Relations, Customer Engagement (TMMC) leadership and field teams to provide strategic direction, subject-matter expertise, and culture-building support that advances worker, vehicle, and public safety while ensuring effective, compliant training across all Measurement activities. The role also ensures consistency with Oncor Corporate Safety initiatives. The role leads the design, delivery, and governance of Measurement safety programs and performance-based training, maintains compliance with applicable regulations and company policies, and uses data-driven insights to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

In the future, this role will eventually report to the new Midlothian office.
