
Administrative Coordinator Nursing
Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, Nursing Administration, proactively coordinates patient care activities and ensures the nursing process is carried out on all shifts (24/7) by demonstrating professional and clinical leadership. Promotes and maintains quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the Hospital. In the absence of regular nursing and unit leadership, is responsible for the coordination of patient care in the facility as well as exercises authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator On Call.
Work Experience
Required: Current license as an RN in good standing from Maryland or other compact state.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
Experience (years): Required: 3 - 5 years
Management - preferred. Preceptor role - preferred. Charge nurse - required.

Compensation
- Pay Range: $47.00-$70.54/hour
