
Learning & Development Partner (Trademarks)
Job Description
We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner - Trademarks to join our IP360 (IP-Admin Training Team) in NOIDA. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Training Team and help grow and upskill young and dynamic IP professionals. The team consists of 6 Trainers and is reporting to the Associate Director, Service Operations.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Work experience – at least 3 years in IP-Admin (Docketing, Paralegal etc.)
- in-depth knowledge of Trademarks, USTM Prosecution, Madrid and EU Trademarks and TM Priority & seniority concepts, and other Non-US jurisdictions (is a plus)
- Education - Bachelor's degree in any stream
It would be great if you also had . . .
- Prior experience of working IP Management systems like, Foundation IP, Memotech etc.
- Train the Trainer, instructional designing is a plus.
What will you be doing in this role?
- As a Learning and Development Partner, the incumbent will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the team of IP professionals, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in IP law. This may involve providing training, mentoring, and coaching to the team, as well as working closely with them to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- In addition to having a strong knowledge of IP law, the ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work well in a team environment and have a passion for helping others to learn and grow.
About the Team
The IP360 team, a global training team, is responsible for enabling the Global IP Admin teams situated in Noida, IN, the US, and Belgrade, Serbia on Intellectual Property. The team consists of four IP- Trainers who, on average, have 12 years of IP experience. Their areas of expertise are patents and trademarks.
Hours of Work
The incumbent is required to work during India working hours and, on occasion, during US working hours only for conducting sessions.
