Establish and manage regional CRM and communications channels, including newsletters and other platforms, to enable regular, relevant, and well-coordinated communication across markets
Build and embed clear ways of working and best practices for digital, paid media, and communications, shifting the region toward more consistent, effective, and performance-driven execution
Own consolidated regional content and campaign calendars, improving visibility, alignment, and planning discipline across global, regional, and local teams
Lead regional communications and PR coordination, ensuring clear messaging, brand consistency, and market relevance
Partner with the Global Brand Team to localize, cascade, and execute global campaigns in a timely and practical manner
Manage creative & media agencies and one direct report to ensure delivery of digital and content plans, collaborate daily with local country marketing managers, and report clear performance updates and recommendations
Brand Governance & communications: become the go-to person for brand identity, onboarding and training agencies and customer marketing teams
