Position Summary:
The Brand Manager is responsible for defining, documenting, and enforcing brand standards across Realberry's urban Denver assets, Dairy Block and Union Station. This individual serves as a steward of both brands, partnering closely with Property Operations, Marketing, and tenant partners to help ensure guest touchpoints, tenant communications, marketing assets, and physical environments reflect a consistent and elevated brand experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced brand strategist who combines creative vision with operational discipline and thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Standards Development
Help develop and maintain comprehensive brand standards guidelines for Dairy Block and Union Station in partnership with asset stakeholders covering visual identity, voice and tone, messaging architecture, signage, wayfinding, digital presence, and experiential standards. Establish and maintain brand playbooks that enable consistent execution across all touchpoints, including retail, hospitality, events, leasing, and community programming. Regularly review and update brand standards to reflect market evolution, asset improvements, and strategic direction. Collaborate with Property Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to help ensure events and activations align with the intended guest and brand experience.
2. Brand Governance and Enforcement
Serve as a key partner in upholding brand standards and identifying opportunities for improved consistency across stakeholder groups, including tenants, partners, vendors, and agency partners. Develop and implement brand review and approval processes to ensure standards are met prior to public facing execution. Conduct regular audits of physical, digital, and experiential brand expressions across both assets and deliver actionable findings to leadership. Build and manage a cross functional brand governance committee to drive accountability at all levels. Maintain an evolving list of non compliant or substandard property and tenant signage, and prioritize a plan to track, redesign, implement, and replace all items as needed.
3. Stakeholder and Tenant Engagement
Partner with tenants at Dairy Block and Union Station to align their individual brand expressions with the overarching asset identity, providing guidance, training, and resources. Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to integrate brand standards into tenant onboarding processes and lease agreements where applicable. Serve as a brand representative and collaborative partner with tenants, community organizations, and external stakeholders. Oversee the tenant onboarding brand experience, including design reviews, brand compliance walkthroughs, and coordination with leasing and construction teams. Partner with tenants to guide storefront design, signage, and merchandising, ensuring alignment with brand standards while supporting tenant success.
4. Marketing and Creative Alignment
Partner closely with the Corporate Marketing team to support execution of asset level brand initiatives that align with broader enterprise marketing and brand strategies. Collaborate with property level marketing teams on storytelling and positioning efforts that highlight each asset's unique character, community impact, and tenant mix. Build strong relationships with city officials, community partners, and neighborhood organizations to support brand aligned initiatives and public realm improvements.
5. Intercompany Relations
Maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships across Realberry departments, including development, operations, asset management, and investor relations. Present brand strategy, performance, and standards updates to asset ownership groups.
