Job Function:
The Equipment and Requested Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. This role oversees multi-discipline maintenance teams, drives equipment uptime, and ensures all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and manage the requested maintenance group, including plumbers and electricians.
• Supervise the sheet metal group, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor work orders, service requests, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal impact to production.
• Troubleshoot issues across all facility systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control) alerts to detect and address improper system operations.
• Manage implementation and installation of new equipment and upgrade design packages.
• Specify and procure materials required for installations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track and report on project milestones, expenditures, and deadlines.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Serve as an internal auditor for ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and EHS teams to support fab performance and expansion efforts.
• Provide on-call leadership support and respond to off-hour line stops or critical system failures, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal production impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/ Competencies:
• Fundamental Facilities and Maintenance core skills and expertise
• Strong technical knowledge of facility systems (mechanical, electrical, and process support systems).
• Experience with Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA) to identify system root cause issues which have a direct impact on the semiconductor manufacturing process.

Work Environment:
• Work near moving mechanical parts
• Fumes or airborne particles
• Toxic or caustic chemicals
• Must be available to support off-shift emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required to maintain facility and production continuity.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field of study
• Extensive experience may be considered as equivalent education
• Professional registration either EIT or PE preferred
• 5 years prior manager/supervisor experience
