You’ll be joining the EMEA Networking Core Systems Engineering team, a small, senior group of technical experts who set the bar for networking excellence across the region. This team operates at the centre of Cisco’s networking strategy, working closely with customers, partners, sales teams, and business units to turn innovation into impact. Your Impact

Wireless / Platform Experts act as recognised authorities for Cisco’s wireless and networking portfolio across EMEA. Helping customers modernise their networks, guide account teams through complex technical decisions, and ensure Cisco’s platforms deliver real‑world value at scale!

• Lead technically on strategic customer and partner engagements, including architecture design, proof‑of‑value and proof‑of‑concept activities.

• Champion Cisco Wireless and networking platforms, helping drive adoption through expert guidance, real‑world validation, and technical storytelling.

• Enable the EMEA field and Partners by delivering training, deep dives, and knowledge transfer sessions that multiply your impact.

• Influence the future by feeding regional customer requirements and insights back into Cisco’s product teams.

• Represent Cisco externally, contributing to roadshows, customer workshops, partner events, and industry forums as a trusted technical voice.

Minimum Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong technical foundation and proven real world experience, including:

• demonstrated ability designing, deploying, or supporting enterprise or cloud‑managed wireless networks.

• Hands‑on expertise with Cisco wireless technologies, including access points, controllers, and lifecycle management.

• Demonstrated experience supporting complex pre‑sales engagements such as solution design, PoCs, PoVs, and technical RFP responses.

• Experience working with large, distributed network environments across enterprise, public sector, or service provider customers.

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep practical experience with Cisco Meraki, especially wireless and dashboard driven operations.

• Exposure to platform and AIOps capabilities such as assurance, analytics, and large‑scale troubleshooting.

• Experience delivering regional or multi‑country enablement, including training sessions, webinars, or technical workshops.

• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations aligned to business outcomes.

• Confidence presenting to customers, partners, and executives as a technical thought leader.
