The position is full-time and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible.
Role Purpose
The Commercial Content Coordinator plays a key role in bridging creative storytelling with results-focused marketing at Tise. This role ensures that commercial partner campaigns, from initial concept to execution and reporting, are delivered at high quality, meet performance targets, and align with Tise’s mission to make thoughtful consumption inspiring and accessible. The position combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong cross-team collaboration to get results across both in-app and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and carry out end-to-end commercial campaigns across Tise and Tise Rewards, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
In charge of the full content production and performance monitoring for all advertising content: creating the content in line with the brief or brainstorming the campaign with the team, approval rounds, posting, monitoring performance and preparing reports.
Track and analyze Tise Rewards performance, proactively propose and implement ideas to increase engagement and conversions.
Support the advertising sales team members by preparing cool and fun campaign mockups and proposals for potential partners.
Collaborate with the advertising, marketing and design team to deliver high-quality, co-branded activations
Participate in event coordination and content creation related to brand or partner activities.
Producing social media content for the Commercial team’s clients.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, CapCut (or other video editing tools), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Creative and trend-aware: stays up-to-date on advertising and marketing trends, cultural moments, and the latest news to ensure content and campaigns are relevant, timely, and impactful.
Analytical attitude with experience in tracking performance data and deriving insights.
Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
Preferred/Desired Skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs).
Experience in content creation for social media, including visual and video storytelling.
Understanding of digital advertising, brand storytelling, and audience engagement
Interested with sustainable fashion, circular economy, or secondhand retail industries.
Prior experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.
