Assists in management & execution of contracts for services while improving value
Maintains the facility & responds timely to building maintenance requests
Responsible for physical condition of building & grounds
Performs work relating to general repair of buildings such as installing & relocating building or office fixtures & minor repairs to building, walls, floors, stairs, general carpentry, etc.
Participates with spill response & first aid teams in coordination with EHS
Updates Facility Management share-point site & records
Supports execution of shipping, receiving & non-GMP warehouse tasks as needed
Provides back up support for waste management
Other accountabilities, as assigned
