Provide employee relations support by assisting HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Employee Relations (ER)/People & Organization (P&O) Leaders through gathering appropriate documentation to support investigations and providing performance management/employee relations guidance to managers
Support individual development plan (IDP) execution and evaluation of employee opinion survey results to assist with actions plans
Support people managers in workforce planning, candidate selection, exit interviews & turnover analysis
Support managers & employees in the development of leadership competencies
Support the new employee orientation process as required
Provide onboarding support of new managers
Support HRBPs with Leadership Development of first line leaders
Model and teach the values of the NNWay through training and promoting diversity
Execute local, corporate & global HR projects/programs effectively & efficiently
Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
Other duties as assigned
