In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness.
Within Business Insights & Data, you'll join the Cardiometabolic Business Insights team based in São Paulo. We place the consumer and patient at the center of strategic decisions, providing the analytical foundation that guides our commercial operations across Brazil. Our work spans market intelligence, consumer understanding, and trend identification—all designed to help Novo Nordisk make informed decisions that ultimately improve patient outcomes at scale.
Your skills & qualifications

Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated understanding of market dynamics and business strategy

Proven experience in Consumer & Market Insights, including secondary analysis and competitive intelligence

Ability to identify and structure consumer trends in ways that are relevant and actionable for corporate decision-making

Excellent communication and presentation skills with data storytelling capabilities, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

Advanced English for reading and interacting with global teams

University degree in any field with demonstrated analytical profile and business acumen

Hands-on, proactive approach with a tendency to challenge the status quo

Experience in planning processes, forecasting, or strategic analysis

Familiarity of pharmaceutical or Consumer retail market databases (IQVIA, Nielsen, Close-Up, Dunnhumby, Symphony etc)

SQL and Power BI skills for data exploration and visualization

Experience using generative AI to support analysis and information synthesis

Background in consumer goods, healthcare, or consulting with exposure to market trends and consumer profiling projects
