Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Market Research Executive – Outbound to lead and scale outbound data and research operations. This role goes beyond execution — it involves structuring workflows, improving how outbound is run, and enabling high-quality pipeline generation through strong data systems, automation, and continuous feedback loops with the outbound function.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
- Streamline and structure outbound research projects, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and timely delivery
- Break down initiatives into actionable tasks, assign ownership across team members, and ensure deadlines are met
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve high-quality outbound databases aligned with ICP criteria
- Architect and launch new outbound campaigns by identifying innovative data sources, signals, and targeting strategies
- Design and optimize data enrichment and automation workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, and N8N
- Leverage scraper tools and AI platforms (e.g., Claude) to enhance data sourcing, enrichment, and scalability
- Ensure high standards of CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including data validation, deduplication, and field standardization
- Monitor and improve database quality, enrichment coverage, and proactively identify data gaps
- Segment and distribute accounts and leads based on ICP, territory, and campaign requirements=
- Collaborate closely with the outbound function (SDRs and AEs) on a weekly basis to gather feedback and refine targeting, data quality, and campaign effectiveness
- Establish and maintain structured feedback mechanisms to continuously improve outbound data and processes
- Drive strong stakeholder communication and alignment across teams.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- 3–5 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles
- Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (ZI), and similar platforms
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene, structuring, and governance
- Experience with workflow automation tools like N8N and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
- Working knowledge of scraper tools and data extraction techniques
- Strong understanding of ICP development and outbound prospecting strategies
- Ability to design scalable processes and improve operational efficiency
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with outbound teams and incorporate feedback into execution
