Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure & Operations - Lead Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure, system, and network-related incidents.
- Design, implement, and maintain the network for the new sites.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Design, support, and optimize LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN solutions.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Work with vendors and service providers to resolve network-related issues and improvements.
- Administer Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file services.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Support and integrate cloud services (Azure / AWS – operational level).
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
- Implement and enforce IT security controls, policies, and best practices.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, access control, and vulnerability remediation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and network engineering roles.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or operational IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and enterprise networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall concepts).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
- Experience with virtualization and backup solutions.
- Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
