Responsibilities
- Pick and pack cases of products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications. - Operate warehouse equipment safely to move and organize inventory. - Verify the quantity and quality of items picked, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards. - Ensuring products are properly handled with care to prevent damage. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines. - Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. - Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed. - Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues. - Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and attendance requirements. - Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. - With or Without experience in warehousing. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks is an advantage. - Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods. - Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. - Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
