This role drives business growth by identifying market trends, shaping sector-specific strategies, and developing high-impact growth initiatives for DHL Supply Chain. It blends strategic insight, innovation, digitalisation, and cross‑regional collaboration to deliver new capabilities, accelerate revenue opportunities, and strengthen our competitive edge globally.

Your key accountabilities include:
- Identify sector and cross‑sector trends to support the development of product and growth strategies.
- Support the definition of global growth priorities across customers, products, geographies, and sub‑sectors.
- Develop and lead growth initiative projects for an initiative, incl. growth forecasts and go-to-market plans, value proposition, commercialization, sales collateral and knowledge building.
- Contribute to digitalisation initiatives including business cases, design, prototyping, and pilots
- Collaborate with similar teams on industry/sector intelligence, ensuring you have an up-to-date view on industry trends.
- Share best practices, support with coaching and developing colleagues to building skills and knowledge across the team and organisation.
What are we looking for from you?
- Strong understanding of sector trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscapes (essential)
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives, business cases and translate them into executable plans (essential)
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting market & customer insights to inform growth opportunities (essential)
- A general Consulting skillset and experience (desirable)
- Strong facilitation, messaging, critical thinking and influencing skills (essential)
- Experience managing cross‑functional and matrix teams across global/regional/local levels (essential)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership (desirable)
- Experience supporting large transformational deals or complex consultative pursuits (desirable)
